Infrastructure to work inside the park
The station stands on Playa El Tigrón, on Coiba Island: dormitories, a marine ecology and oceanography laboratory and a weather station inside the National Park.

El primero en una zona insular del Pacífico centroamericano, en Playa El Tigrón. Aquí se procesan y preservan las muestras.
Dormitorios
Los científicos descansan y pernoctan en la propia estación.
Estación meteorológica
En el punto más alto del sendero al mirador. Registra precipitación, temperatura del aire, humedad relativa, presión atmosférica, radiación solar y viento.
Boya oceanográfica
Instalada el 23 de octubre de 2024 con apoyo de SENACYT. Lleva una estación Maximet GX501 y sondas NKE WiMo Plus, y transmite por UHF a una estación en tierra.
